Return & Exchange Process

  3. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the item.
  4. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RAN inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
  5. Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Timeline and Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow the following time for the refund to reflect in your account:
